What is the AI Pioneers Christmas number one?

The image depicts a series of stone-like hands, fractured and cracked, reaching out in various directions from a chaotic mass of tangled wires. Some hands display broken fingers, while archival tags on others suggest anonymity and erasure. The juxtaposition of human forms and technological wires evokes themes of labor, exploitation, and the often unseen physical work behind the tech industry.

As a festive treat for the AI Pioneers network I've compiled my Christmas top 5 resources from the project, there's no rhyme, reason or clever data behind it other than that I happen to like them!

  1. From our Toolkit - Chat2Course I've made many online and offline courses and its a days work at a minimum to get the basic structure and objectives hashed out so this is a nice time saver, within 10 minutes I'd got learning objectives for 5 modules and content generated for two lessons before I ran out of tokens. It is based in ChatGTP and so you could just ask ChatGPT straight off, but this is a nice way of ordering your thoughts and saving yourself a couple of hours work. You can then edit and add to the course, copy and paste it to where you actually need it to be or pay to download a pdf. Here's what I got in 10 minutes for a community adult ed course in impressionist art - feel free to comment on it!

  2. Pages 35 and 36 of the Supplement to the DigiCompEdu framework. Or how AI competencies align with the areas of the DigCompEdu framework. If you're not a researcher I can forgive you for balking at this massive report but there's some seriously useful stuff in there. I've taken out these pages to make this handy reference document; Aligning AI competencies with DigCompEdu

  3. Our LinkedIn page and our EPALE forum come and say hi, share what you've been using with learners, or for yourself, what worked, what didn't, what support can we provide as a project?

  4. Newsletter #4 It's a busy one, we have been busy!

  5. Our YouTube Channel - the last two international network event webinars are available here for you to watch, the topics are AI Citizenship in VET and Navigating Ethical Dilemma and Practice.

That's my top five but Christmas number one really goes to our AI pioneers network, thanks to everyone for your help in surveys and reviews, showing up to webinars and events and asking the difficult questions. See you in the New Year for more!
