Greening our Learning

As part of the latest Erasmus+ programme, the EU has placed a priority on the new Green economy. The problem is that although it is a priority, it is a bit think on what we should do. OK, there will be project submissions on developing new curricula for green jobs. And I guess everyone has committed themselves to things like reducing the amount of paper they use and perhaps more significantly reducing the number of transnational face to face meetings, especially since the lack of travel in the Covid 19 pandemic has shown how effective online communication can be. But the Erasmus plus programme documents do not really address the question of how we can green our learning. And this presentation By Fred Garnet makes a welcome start to think about that question.

I also like the "curated conversation' approach.
